Makes: 1 servings

  • 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh basil, plus 1 sprig for garnishing
  • ice
  • 3/4 cup pink grapefruit juice
  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1/4 cup tonic water
  • angostura bitters
  1. Muddle basil in bottom of tall glass; add ice, grapefruit juice, gin and tonic. Stir, then top with a few drops bitters. Garnish with basil sprig.
