Grapefruit-Basil Gin Fizz
Makes: 1 servings
- 1/2teaspoon finely chopped fresh basil, plus 1 sprig for garnishing
- ice
- 3/4cup pink grapefruit juice
- 2 ounces gin
- 1/4cup tonic water
- angostura bitters
- Muddle basil in bottom of tall glass; add ice, grapefruit juice, gin and tonic. Stir, then top with a few drops bitters. Garnish with basil sprig.
