- 3 canned unsweetened bing cherries
- 2 fresh sage leaves
- 2 ounces bourbon
- 1/2ounce Benedictine
- 1/2ounce maraschino liqueur
- Ice
- In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle 3 canned bing cherries and 2 fresh sage leaves. Add 2 oz. bourbon, 1/2 oz. Benedictine and 1/2 oz. maraschino liqueur to the shaker with ice, then shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with another cherry.
