Makes: 8 servings

  • 1 11 ounce log goat cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh herbs (like basil, rosemary or thyme)
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Mash goat cheese with herbs, cream, 1/8 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper. Transfer to a piece of parchment or wax paper. Using the paper, roll back into log. Refrigerate 15 minutes or until firm.
