Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients
  • 2 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey, plus more for serving
  • 3/4 cup instant polenta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
Directions
  1. Bring milk, salt, 1 1/2 tbsp. honey and 1/3 cup water to boil. Add polenta; stir over low heat, 2 minutes. Whisk in butter. Serve with berries, nuts and more honey.
