Makes: 1 servings

  • 2 serrano chiles, seeded and quartered
  • 1 1/2 cups vodka
  • 3/4 ounce dry vermouth
  • Ice
  • Lemon twist
  1. Combine serranos and vodka in glass jar with lid; store in cool, dry place for 1 to 2 weeks. In cocktail shaker, combine 1 1/2 oz. infused vodka with vermouth and shake with ice; strain into chilled martini glass and garnish with lemon twist.
