  • Fresh baby spinach
  • Garlic cloves
  • Fresh basil
  • EVOO
  • Cream cheese, softened
  • Sourdough slices, grilled
  • Marinated artichoke hearts
  • Grated parmesan
  1. In a food processor or blender, puree a package of fresh baby spinach, a few cloves of garlic, a handful of fresh basil and enough EVOO to combine; fold in softened cream cheese and spread on grilled sourdough slices. Top with chopped marinated artichoke hearts, sprinkle with grated parmesan and grill to warm through.
