- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 ounces cremini mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1/2 pound green beans, blanched
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon sliced almonds, toasted
- Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat; add mushrooms and brown. Add beans and cook to crisp; season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss with almonds.
