- 4 anchovies
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons each lemon juice and dijon mustard
- 3/4cup EVOO
- Grated parmesan
- In blender, puree anchovies, garlic, lemon juice and mustard. Mix in EVOO and cheese.
