  • 3/4 cup drained, chopped oil-packed artichoke hearts
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients. Serve on crackers or crostini.
