- 2 stalks chopped fresh lemon grass
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup loose-leaf green tea
- In medium saucepan, bring 5 cups water and lemongrass to rapid boil; remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients; steep 10 minutes. Strain and serve warm, or refrigerate until cold and serve over ice.
