Ingredients
  • 3 fresh mint leaves
  • 3 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce frozen passion fruit puree (thawed)
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1 egg white*
  • Ice
  • 2 ounces chilled champagne or sparkling white wine
Directions
  1. Muddle 3 fresh mint leaves in a cocktail shaker. Add 3 ounces vodka, 1 ounce frozen passion fruit puree (thawed), the juice of 1/2 lime, 1 egg white* and enough ice to fill the shaker. Shake vigorously for 1 to 2 minutes. Strain into a glass and top with 2 ounces chilled champagne or sparkling white wine.
Tip
  • *To reduce the risk of salmonella, use a pasteurized egg.
