Sparkling Pink Lemonade

Makes: 12 servings
- Juice of 6 lemons (about 1 cup), plus 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 3/4cup superfine sugar
- 5 cups seltzer, chilled
- 1/2cup cranberry juice, chilled
- Strain the lemon juice into a large serving pitcher. Add the sugar and still until dissolved. Stir in the seltzer, cranberry juice and lemon slices.
