- Thick-cut smoked bacon
- Cubes of chicken
- Avocado wedges
- Crumbled blue cheese, for topping
- Alternate thick-cut smoked bacon and cubes of chicken on skewers (leaving a few inches of room at the tip) and grill until the chicken is cooked. Add a wedge of avocado before serving and top with crumbled blue cheese.
