  • 1 1/2-inch pieces of tuna steak
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Cracked black peppercorns
  1. Toss 1 1/2-inch pieces of tuna steak in extra-virgin olive oil and roll in cracked black peppercorns. Thread onto skewers and grill until medium-rare.
