Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped mixed fresh herbs (such as parsley, basil and cilantro)
  • 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
Directions
  1. In a large bowl, combine 3 cups cooked and cooled quinoa, 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, 1/2 cup chopped mixed fresh herbs (such as parsley, basil and cilantro) and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper.
