Goat Cheese with Cilantro and Canadian Bacon

- 1 6 ouncelog goat cheese
- 1/3cup chopped cilantro
- 2 ounces finely chopped Canadian bacon
- Ginger preserves
- Crackers
- Bring a 6-ounce log of goat cheese to room temperature. In a shallow dish, combine 1/3 cup chopped cilantro with 2 ounces finely chopped Canadian bacon. Roll the goat cheese in the mixture to coat. Serve with ginger preserves and crackers.
