Makes: 8 servings

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons prepared white horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lime peel
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pound chilled cooked shrimp
  1. In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 tablespoons prepared white horseradish, 1 tablespoon chopped chives and 1 teaspoon each lime juice and finely grated lime peel; season with salt and pepper. Serve with 1 pound chilled cooked shrimp.
