Shrimp with White Cocktail Sauce

- 1/2cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons prepared white horseradish
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lime peel
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pound chilled cooked shrimp
- In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 tablespoons prepared white horseradish, 1 tablespoon chopped chives and 1 teaspoon each lime juice and finely grated lime peel; season with salt and pepper. Serve with 1 pound chilled cooked shrimp.
