Use leftover pasta to make this recipe.

Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients
  • Leftover pasta
  • Heavy cream
  • Butter
  • Parmigiano-reggiano cheese
Directions
  1. In a baking dish, toss leftovers with heavy cream to coat.
  2. Dot with bits of butter and layer with parmigiano-reggiano cheese.
  3. Bake in a 425 degrees oven until a light crust forms, about 12 minutes.
