  • 2 avocadoes
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 large jalapeno chile, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped or grated
  • Grated peel and juice of 1 lime
  • Salt
  1. In a medium bowl, mash the avocado. Mix in the onion, jalapeno, garlic, lime peel and lime juice; season with salt.
