  • 5 tablespoons coffee liqueur, such as Kahlua
  • 1/4 cup half-and-half
  • 3 tablespoons store-bought chocolate syrup
  • 2 dashes cinnamon
  • Pinch chili powder
  • Seltzer water, chilled
  1. In a glass, stir together the coffee liqueur, half-and-half, chocolate syrup, cinnamon and chili powder. Top with the seltzer.
