  • 2 ounces (1/4 cup) orange liqueur, such as Grand Marnier
  • 8 ounces (1 cup) tangerine juice
  • 12 ounces (1-1/2 cups) sparkling wine, chilled
  • 4 tangerine sections, for garnish
  1. Divide the orange liqueur and tangerine juice among 4 champagne flutes. Top with the sparkling wine and garnish with a tangerine section.
