This is one easy sauce—just stir and serve! Great for dipping dumplings or raw veggies, or for drizzling on roasted meat, fish or chicken.

  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 finely chopped scallion
  • 1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
