Mix up a few feel-good elixirsgreat for the new year, or any time you need a soothing drink.

Prep: 15 mins
- 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add the ginger, honey and lime juice, remove from the heat and steep for about 10 minutes. Strain.
