Mix up a few feel-good elixirs—great for the new year, or any time you need a soothing drink.

Makes: 2 servings

Prep: 15 mins

  • 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  1. Bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add the ginger, honey and lime juice, remove from the heat and steep for about 10 minutes. Strain.
