- 1 sugar cube
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 2 ounces Applejack (4 tablespoons)
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 lemon twist
- In a rocks glass, muddle the sugar cube with the bitters until the sugar has dissolved. Add the Applejack and the ice cubes, stir and garnish with the lemon twist.
