Happy Hour Almonds

A little sweet, a little spicy, a little saltythese nuts are sure to be inhaled by the handful.

- 2 1/2cups raw almonds
- 1 1/2tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/2teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees . Roast the almonds on a rimmed baking sheet until fragrant and toasted, about 10 minutes. Transfer the nuts to a bowl and toss with the butter. Sprinkle the sugar, salt and cayenne over the nuts and toss to coat. Let cool before serving.
