Double Chocolate Fondue

Rich chocolate fondue is a delicious foil for marshmallows, which bring out the kid in all of us. Use high-quality chocolate, such as Lindt.

- 3 3 1/2ouncebar milk chocolate, finely chopped
- 3 3 1/2ouncebar semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 1/4cups heavy cream
- 48 marshmallows
- Put the milk and semisweet chocolates and the heavy cream in a medium bowl set over a pot of simmering water. Stir the mixture until its melted and smooth. Pour the chocolate fondue into a microwavable bowl (for easy reheating) and serve. Place the marshmallows in another bowl, for dipping into the fondue.
