CaipirinhaRob Willey February-March 2006 MAKES ONE DRINK Crushed ice 1 lime, cut into 8 wedges 2 teaspoons granulated sugar 2 ounces cachaça
Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice. In a cocktail shaker, mash the lime and sugar with a muddler (or a wooden spoon) until a thick syrup forms. Add the cachaça and the ice, shake for 10 seconds and pour the caipirinha back into the glass. |
