MAKES 1 DRINK
2 lime wedges 2 teaspoons sugar 1/2 teaspoon dried hibiscus flowers Cracked ice 1/4 cup cachaça (a Brazilian brandy made with sugarcane)



1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the lime wedges, sugar and hibiscus; muddle with a wooden spoon. Fill halfway with cracked ice. Add the cachaça and shake for 15 seconds. Strain the mixture into a cordial glass.
