Pals Mary, 12 (left), and Sophie, 13, from Greensboro, North Carolina, tested this month's recipe and can't wait to make it for Thanksgiving. "I'd serve it alongside the turkey," says Mary. Sophie agrees: "You have to have turkey because that's a tradition, but I'd serve this turkey dish, too. There are plenty of people to eat it!"
