Preheat the oven to 375º. Roast the almonds on a rimmed baking sheet until fragrant and toasted, about 10 minutes. Transfer the nuts to a bowl and toss with the butter. Sprinkle the sugar, salt and cayenne over the nuts and toss to coat. Let cool before serving. |
