Happy Hour Almonds

MAKES TWO-AND-A-HALF CUPS

Cook Time: 10 min





2 1/2 cups raw almonds 1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar 1 teaspoon coarse salt 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper



Preheat the oven to 375º. Roast the almonds on a rimmed baking sheet until fragrant and toasted, about 10 minutes. Transfer the nuts to a bowl and toss with the butter. Sprinkle the sugar, salt and cayenne over the nuts and toss to coat. Let cool before serving.
