Green beans from Sweet and Saucy Shrimp
and Green Beans with Rice
3 shallots, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil Salt and pepper




1. Prepare the green beans in the Sweet and Saucy Shrimp and Green Beans with Rice recipe through Step 1 as directed; set aside.
2. In a large skillet, cook the shallots in the oil over medium heat until tender, about 4 minutes. Add the cooked green beans, heat through and season with salt and pepper.
