Block of Parmesan cheese
 




1. Grate the cheese.
2. Place handfuls of cheese a few inches apart on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 350°.
3. Bake until the cheese melts and is just golden. Cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then remove with a spatula.
