
Boiled White Rice

1 cup long grain white rice
1 tablespoon butter
Pinch salt
1. In medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Stir in the rice, butter and salt. Cover, lower the heat to low and simmer until the water is absorbed, 15 to 20 minutes. Remove the lid and let stand for 5 minutes before fluffing with a fork. Swap it: Use chicken broth instead of water
