- 1 15 ounce can cannellini beans, rinsed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 small garlic clove, chopped
- 4 slices toast
- Crushed red pepper
In a microwavable bowl, combine cannellini beans, olive oil, rosemary and garlic. Heat on high 1 minute. Smash; season. Mound on toast; garnish with crushed red pepper and drizzle with EVOO.
