Ingredients

  • Coleslaw mix
  • Vinegar, salt and sugar
  • Mayo
  • Asian chili sauce
  • Halved baguette
  • Turkey
  • Pickled jalapeno

Preparation

Marinate coleslaw mix in vinegar, salt and sugar for at least 30 minutes. Stir together some mayo and asian chili sauce and spread on a halved baguette. Pile on turkey, the slaw and some pickled jalapenos for extra kick.
