Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 2 small baguettes, split
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1 small sliced jalapeno chile
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 pound leftover sliced skirt or hanger steak

Preparation

Toss carrots with vinegar. Toast baguettes; slather with mayo and layer with remaining ingredients.
