- 4 deli slices turkey
- 1 deli slice low-fat cheese, such as cheddar or American, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced lengthwise into thin strips
- 1 handful baby spinach
- Lay the turkey slices on a cutting board, overlapping them. In a row, line up the cheese in the center down the length of the turkey slices, then top with the cucumber strips and spinach.
- Tightly roll the turkey slices lengthwise over the filling and into a log. Cut into 5 equal pieces.
