- 4 deli slices turkey
- 1 deli slice low-fat cheese, such as cheddar or American, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced lengthwise into thin strips
- 1 handful baby spinach
Lay the turkey slices on a cutting board, overlapping them. In a row, line up the cheese in the center down the length of the turkey slices, then top with the cucumber strips and spinach.
Tightly roll the turkey slices lengthwise over the filling and into a log. Cut into 5 equal pieces.
