Makes: 4 servings

  • 1 pound cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon EVOO
  • 1/3 cup panko
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped basil
  1. In a foil-lined 8-inch baking dish, toss tomatoes, garlic and EVOO; season. Broil, stirring, until tomatoes soften, 12 minutes. Stir panko and butter together; sprinkle over tomatoes. Broil 30 seconds. Sprinkle with basil.
