Makes: 6 servings

  • 1 sheet  puff pastry, thawed
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  1. Cut pastry into 6 strips; cut each in thirds. Brush with water; sprinkle with some cinnamon sugar. Fold each in half. Fit 3 pieces, folded ends up, in each of 6 lined muffin cups. Dust with remaining cinnamon sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Bring brown sugar and 1 tbsp. water to boil; pour over rolls.
