- 1 1/2 pounds small new potatoes
- 2 tablespoons EVOO
- 3/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 2 teaspoons lime zest
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
Toss potatoes, EVOO and paprika on a foil-lined baking sheet; season. Roast at 450 degrees until tender, 25 minutes. Whisk yogurt, cilantro, zest and juice; season. Serve potatoes with toothpicks and yogurt sauce for dipping.
