Roasted Jalapeno Puree

Ingredients

  • 5 jalapeno chiles, quartered and seeded

Preparation

Roast chiles at 450 degrees , turning once, until soft , about 18 minutes. Puree in mini food processor or blender with 6 tbsp. water. Drizzle over scrambled eggs, stir into mayo for a sandwich spread, fold into mac n cheese or add a dash to margaritas.
