Roasted Broccoli with Toasted Garlic

Makes: 4 servings

  • 1 pound broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup EVOO
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  1. On foil-lined baking sheet, toss broccoli with 3 tbsp. EVOO; season. Roast at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. In bowl, mix garlic and remaining 1 tbsp. EVOO. Sprinkle over broccoli and roast another 5 minutes. Toss with lemon zest and juice.
