Red-and-White Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 15 ounce can cannellini beans
  • 1 15 ounce can kidney beans
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup EVOO, plus more for drizzling
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

Pulse first 6 ingredients in food processor. With machine on, stream in 1/4 cup EVOO and puree; refrigerate. Sprinkle with paprika and drizzle with more EVOO.
