Makes: 4 servings

  • 4 10 ounces bone-in pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon EVOO
  • 1/2 cup red grapes, halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  1. In skillet, cook pork in EVOO over medium-high, 5 minutes per side. Put on plate; tent with foil. Add grapes, garlic and thyme to skillet. Cook, stirring, 5 minutes. Top pork with grapes.
