Plum Semifreddos
- 2 plums, chopped
- 1/4cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
- Toss plums with sugar and lemon juice. Gently fold into ice cream. Pack into eight 3-oz. paper cups. Freeze until just firm, about 1 hour. Tear away cups; serve immediately. Makes 8.
