- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons pesto
- 4 ciabatta rolls, halved and toasted
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 12 slice cooled pancetta
- 3 cups arugula
- Mix mayo and pesto; spread on roll bottoms. Top with tomatoes, pancetta and arugula. Add roll tops
