- 1 1/3 cups raw unsalted pistachios (5oz)
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons (or more) EVOO
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees . Spread the pistachios on a parchment-lined baking sheet; toast for 8 minutes. Let cool.
- Transfer the nuts to a mini food processor and process until finely chopped. Blend in the honey and salt, then blend in the EVOO until smooth.
