Makes: 6 servings

  • 6 full-size candy canes
  • 8 baked, and chilled, custards
  1. Preheat broiler. Using mini food processor or coffee grinder, pulse candy canes. Sprinkle candy cane powder over custards. Fill large pan with 1 inch ice water; add ramekins. Cook about 5 inches from broiler until candy melts, about 5 minutes. Let cool.
