Peach Crisp

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces peach puree (simmer 1 cup frozen peaches with 1/4 cup water until soft, then puree; makes 8 oz.)
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce agave nectar
  • 1 1/4 ounces prosecco
  • Lemon peel

Preparation

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, stir first 4 ingredients. Pour into a flute and top with prosecco. Garnish with lemon peel.
